A learning journey is a designed learning experience that occurs over a period of time and involves a series of different learning elements involving various platforms and methods.
Typically learning, within organizations, may be structured around a series of learning episodes such as face-to-face workshops, 360-feedback, discussions with colleagues/superiors, e-learning courses and on job training. However, the learning would be more impactful and sustainable if all these episodes were joined together into a transformational learning journey.
All these approaches blended together have a lasting impact and a deeper level of transformation for the participant.
